Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026. Dream Rocket Design, Georgia, United States.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Dream Rocket Design (“we”, “us”) for the use of RocketStore Autopilot, including our website, client portal and the store management, website monitoring and advertising services we provide through it (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service helps you keep an online store up to date. Depending on your plan, it can create and update product listings from photos and price or stock sheets you provide, check your website for problems, monitor your Meta Pixel and conversion tracking, and draft, launch and report on Facebook and Instagram ads with your approval. Features, limits and prices for each plan are shown on our Pricing page and in your portal.
The Service works through third-party platforms you choose, such as Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce and Meta. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or changes they make to their products or terms, but we will make reasonable efforts to adapt the Service when they change.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date, and you must be at least 18 years old.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at autopilot@rsap.dreamrocketdesign.com if you think your account has been misused.
- You can add people from your business to your account. You are responsible for what they do in it.
3. Your content and responsibilities
“Your Content” means the photos, price sheets, notes, product information, brand materials and other material you give us, and the store and ad account data we access for you.
- You own Your Content. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, edit, format and transmit Your Content only to provide and improve the Service for you, including sending it to your store, to Meta, and to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm you have the rights to Your Content, including permission to use any photos, logos and product names, and that Your Content and your products are lawful and accurate.
- You are responsible for your store and offers, including prices, product descriptions, taxes, shipping, returns and compliance with consumer protection, advertising and platform rules.
- You give us access to your store and ad accounts using keys or permissions you can revoke at any time. Revoking access may stop parts of the Service from working.
4. Automated and AI-assisted work
The Service uses automation and artificial intelligence to prepare listings, match price sheets to products and draft ads. We design it to be careful: prices and sizes come only from information you provide or that is visible in your photos, products are hidden rather than deleted, and changes that look unusual (for example, large price changes, products without a price, or listings the system is unsure about) are held for review before they go live.
Even so, automated output can contain mistakes. You agree to review your store and the changes shown in your portal, and to tell us promptly about anything that needs correcting. We will fix errors caused by the Service at no extra charge. You are responsible for final decisions about your prices and offers.
5. Advertising
- Ads run on your own Meta ad account. You pay Meta directly for all ad spend, and Meta’s terms and advertising policies apply.
- No campaign is launched and no budget is spent without approval in the portal. Once you approve a campaign, you authorise us to create and manage it within the budget you approved until you or we pause it.
- We do not guarantee any level of sales, return on ad spend, reach or other results. Ad performance depends on many factors outside our control.
- Meta may reject, limit or remove ads or accounts. We are not responsible for Meta’s decisions, but we will help you respond where we can.
6. Plans, fees and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
- Any one-time setup fee shown at checkout is charged with your first payment.
- If you move to a higher plan, you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current month. If you move to a lower plan, the difference is credited to your next invoice.
- Prices do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically. If it remains unpaid, we may pause automated work until it is resolved.
- We may change plan prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period after the notice. Current subscribers keep their price until then.
- Monthly usage limits (such as the number of product updates) are part of each plan. If you reach a limit, you can move to a higher plan or wait for the next month.
7. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time from Settings or Plan and billing in your portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Refunds are covered in our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if you do not pay, or if required by law or by a platform we rely on. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem first. When the Service ends, your store, products and ad account remain yours and in your accounts. You can ask us for a copy of your portal data within 30 days.
8. Our property
We own the Service, including our software, designs and documentation, and the general know-how we use to provide it. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service, except as allowed by law.
9. Confidentiality and data
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Security page explains how we protect it.
10. Disclaimers
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve any particular business result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if advised they were possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to either party’s indemnity obligations, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your products or offers, or your breach of these Terms or the law. We agree to defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service itself (excluding Your Content and third-party platforms) infringes their intellectual property rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any legal claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other in writing and allowing 30 days to respond. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the portal at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
These Terms, together with the policies linked from them, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale of our business. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Failing to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
