Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what you can’t use RocketStore Autopilot for. It is part of our Terms of Service. We keep it short and specific so you know where the lines are.

1. Products and content

You may not use the Service to list, advertise or promote:

• Illegal products or services, or products you are not allowed to sell where you sell them.
• Counterfeit goods, or products, photos, logos or text that infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Weapons, drugs, tobacco or vaping products, adult content, or other items restricted by your store platform or by Meta’s Advertising Standards, unless you are permitted to and follow every applicable rule.
• False or misleading prices, discounts, claims, reviews or endorsements.
• Content that is hateful, harassing, threatening or exploits anyone.

2. The Service itself

You may not:

• Share your login with people outside your business, or access another client’s data.
• Try to break, probe or get around the Service’s security, limits or safety checks, except through responsible disclosure to our security contact.
• Upload malware, or files designed to harm the Service or anyone else.
• Overload the Service, scrape it, or use automated tools against it beyond normal use.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Connect accounts or stores you don’t own or have permission to manage.

3. What happens if this policy is broken

We may refuse to publish content, hold changes for review, pause ads, suspend automation or end your account, depending on how serious the problem is. Where reasonable, we’ll tell you what’s wrong and give you a chance to fix it first. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
