Accessibility
Effective October 12, 2026. Dream Rocket Design, Georgia, United States.
We want everyone to be able to use our website and client portal, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
1. Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
2. What we do
- Text and controls meet colour-contrast guidelines in both light and dark mode.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and forms have labels and clear error messages.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
- We respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
- We test new pages with automated tools and by hand before release.
3. Known limitations
Some content comes from other services, such as Stripe’s checkout page and the store platforms we connect to. We don’t control their accessibility, but we will help you complete any task you have trouble with.
4. Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email autopilot@rsap.dreamrocketdesign.com or call 4044802749. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days and, where we can, to provide the information or service another way in the meantime.
